This is my great-niece, Kaylee, enjoying a mimosa blossom. A precocious six year old who will be entering first grade this fall, she rivals Marilyn Monroe when she sings Happy Birthday in her “pretty voice”, knows the secret recipe for fairy dust, and spent the better part of an hour one day telling me how she had met “the one” - the love of her life - on the school bus.
